Arc-en-Ciel has been hatching and growing the finest rainbow trout for more than 20 years – recognised by local three-star Michelin chef Ben Davies as “absolutely wonderful” flavours.

Take a tour and learn some of the secrets of what make the fish superior in taste. Relax at the fish-out dam in the enchanting, peaceful surrounds and observe the many bird and wildlife species abundant on the farm. You can catch a plump trout in the fish-out dam, or bring a BBQ and relax watching others angling. Enjoy a light meal or cuppa in the coffee lounge complemented by a slice of fresh cake.

During the warmer months, guided bush walks, of various grades are available on the farm to take in the spectacular flora and fauna. Tour guides cover topics such as bush medicine, history of the land, aboriginal history, bush tucker and endangered wildlife. Bookings are essential and are available for 6 to 10 people.

Finally, head to the farm shop to browse delicious trout products, souvenirs and gifts.
