Friday 12 April

We will be hosting a special open day to showcase Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm's newest development, namely the Drunken Trout Cafe. We are excited to share our newest cafe and veranda which gives us the ability to host visitors independent of the weather.

The tour takes up to an hour depending on numbers. Our goal is to serve pre-booked meals on our open days, namely Sunday, Monday and Fridays and to host group bookings on other days for 12 or more, subject to capacity.
Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm is also the home of Nundle Smokehouse, an addition to our multi-medal winning product line which now includes, smoked chicken, smoked duck, smoked venison and beef and air dried beef and venison products.
