Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre
503 Goonoo Goonoo Road
TAMWORTH, NSW, Australia

The Australian Cow Dog Challenge (ACDC) was established to promote the breeding, training and welfare of Australian working cow dogs. It consists of an annual sale and cattle working trial.

The inaugural 2017 trial will be the richest dog trial in Australian history and with competitors flocking in from every corner of Australia as well as the USA, New Zealand and the UK, it's anticipated that this event will be not only the biggest in Australia but also the largest WORLDWIDE!

The trial will consist of 150+ working cattle dogs competing over three rounds, with the winner decided by three judges in the final round.

The futurity sale will show around 120 pups being demonstrated on stock on Saturday November 4th, before being sold at auction on Sunday November 5th. These pups will then be eligible for the 2018 futurity trial making it the richest dog trial in Australia.

Make sure you get along to be a part of this great spectator sport.
